Terms of Service

Version 2.0 — September 2026

iMatch is operated by Vumbua Technology, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. You must be 18 or older

iMatch is for adults only. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We close any account we find belongs to someone younger, and you can report one to us at any time.

2. Be who you say you are

Use your own photos and your own name. Do not impersonate anyone, do not create an account for someone else, and do not run more than one account.

3. How to behave

Do not harass, threaten, deceive or abuse anyone. Do not post sexual content, violence, hate speech, or anything illegal. Do not use iMatch to sell anything, to solicit money, or to advertise commercial or sexual services. Do not share another person's private information.

4. Rooms, calls and live video

Live rooms and one-to-one video are for meeting people. Do not record, screenshot or re-publish another person without their consent. A host may remove anyone from a room; we may end any room.

5. Premium

Some features need a paid subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Where you bought through Google Play, Google's refund rules apply and you manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play; where you paid by mobile money, contact us. A subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.

6. Safety and moderation

You can report and block anyone. We use automated checks and human review on photos, profiles and messages, and we may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Sharing phone numbers and contact details is limited in places, to protect people from scams.

7. Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it inside iMatch so the app can work. Delete your account and we delete it.

8. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time, in the app under Profile, or by asking us at imatch.vumbuatechnology.co.tz/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. No guarantees

iMatch introduces people; it does not vet them. Meet in public, tell somebody where you are going, and use your judgement. We are not responsible for what happens between people who meet here.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters we will tell you in the app and ask you to agree again.
